Hypebomb Records presents: Growing Pains

Coming off their "Best Hip Hop Album" nomination by the San Diego Music Awards for their classic "The Basement LP", Far From Ya Average took a much needed hiatus. While working on various solo projects and producing other artists, members K-Rock Tha Fantom, Def Shon and Stryve began to get anxious to release some new group material. While plans began to take shape, K-Rock Tha Fantom had an idea to do a "best of" album done in a different kind of way. To showcase the growth of the group through all of its incarnations over the years, "Growing Pains" charts the journey of FFYA through its humble beginnings culminating in their first new single in 4 years!! The aptly titled "Anxious" is destined to be a west coast classic, and on its own, is worth the price of admission. The masters of "Throwback Muzik" are back and here to stay!!!
